EasyConsult aimed to develop a Progressive Web App (PWA) designed for Texas residents seeking convenient access to virtual healthcare services. The platform needed to allow users to request teleconsultations and medication refills at a fixed rate of $49 per transaction. Beyond usability, the system was required to meet strict HIPAA compliance standards and integrate seamlessly with medical workflows, particularly electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient medication management.

The Solution

Monte Carlo Web Graphics delivered a complete solution through full-stack development, AI automation, and SEO optimization. We built a responsive PWA that ensures a seamless experience across both mobile and desktop devices, guiding users effortlessly from consultation request to payment. Secure payment processing was implemented via Stripe, supporting consistent $49 transactions. The backend infrastructure was deployed on AWS, designed to meet HIPAA compliance requirements with encrypted data storage, secure VPC architecture, and audit-ready logging.

To enhance efficiency, AI-driven workflows were integrated to automate appointment intake, send reminders, and assist users throughout the medication refill process. Additionally, the platform was connected to DrFirst’s RCopia EHR system, enabling real-time synchronization of patient data and streamlining prescription management between patients and healthcare providers.
